Derrick Hughes, Senior Vice President of Construction Operations
Derrick Hughes directs AIWB's construction operations. He has extensive leadership experience, previously overseeing construction and purchasing at Liberty Home Builders across major Texas markets. Mr. Hughes joined AIWB in 2022, bringing over a decade of operational excellence.

Lei Wu, INED

Lei Wu has over 22 years in property construction management, notably with Sunshine 100 Real Estate Group. Mr. Wu served as a general manager for numerous significant real estate projects and currently serves as Group Vice President, bringing extensive expertise in strategic oversight.

San Juana Franco, Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance
San Juana Franco leads AIWB’s accounting and financial strategies, bringing over 30 years of experience, including senior roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, PM Realty Group, and Medistar Corporation. In 2023, Ms. Franco obtained the "Real Estate CPA of the Year Award" from REDnews, and the recognition of "Outstanding Excellence and Influence in Houston Commercial Real Estate" by BizNow.
 

Fowler Thomas Knight, Executive Vice President of People & Communications
Fowler Knight oversees human resources, communications, and administrative services at AIWB. With 25+ years of experience in real estate HR, Ms. Knight previously served as SVP at PM Realty Group and MetroNational Corporation and received the "Champion of Diversity Award" from REDnews in 2023.

Ting Qiao, Chairman & CEO
Ting Qiao, co-founder and CEO of AIWB, has over 20 years in property construction. Formerly Executive Vice President of Modern Land (China), Mr. Qiao was recognized by Ernst & Young as the regional "Entrepreneur of the Year" in 2024 and named "Most Admired CEO" by the Houston Business Journal in 2022. He holds a bachelor’s degree of economics in international finance from Dalian University of Technology and an MBA from Carleton University.
 

Danting Li, COO & Executive Director
Danting Li, AIWB's co-founder and COO, holds over 10 years of project management experience in construction. She previously managed real estate projects for Modern Land (China). Ms. Li received the "40 under 40 Award" from the Houston Business Journal in 2022. She holds a master’s degree in software engineering from Peking University and a master’s degree in public policy and management from the University of Southern California.
